The Opportunity

CoinDesk Studios is seeking a Program Manager to oversee project delivery with a focus on quality, accuracy, and comprehensive execution across various mediums such as video, podcasts, events, social media, and marketing operations. This role requires strong skills in time and project management, attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving. The Program Manager will also assist the Technical Producer with tasks like editing video content, publishing to the CMS, and supporting live video needs. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be open to learning new skills.

This is a 6-month contract position based in NYC.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as day-to-day project manager on initiatives within a program or particular business line with the support of the Head of Program Management

  • Track production milestones and ensure deliverables meet scheduled deadlines

  • Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track

  • Manage projects according to the budget, previously outlined and determined with the Head of Program Management

  • Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and external vendors to ensure projects are being met as planned

  • Help measure and report success of the campaigns with our Ad Ops team

  • Support the Technical Producer on video and audio editing, loading and publishing content to the CMS and supporting live video executions

What You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience working in production and media, ideally at a digital media publisher

  • Proven success of owning and managing projects of all sizes

  • Ability to think outside the box and drive opportunity through creative solutions with clients

  • Thorough knowledge of content, media and marketing landscape

  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively and have a proactive approach to executing deliverables

  • Must have video and audio editing experience; ideally in Descript

  • Great communication skills, verbal and written

  • Familiarity with financial and cryptocurrency news is not necessary but is a bonus
