GOC is searching for an experienced Punch List Tech. You would be responsible for completing final repairs and quality control checks to prepare tiny homes, cottages and vacation villas for shipment. You will perform on-the-spot finishing repairs including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, caulking, flooring and porch repairs. To do well in this role, you should be physically fit, reliable, and a hard worker. You must be able to assess needed repairs, manage completion of tasks based on shipping schedule and work independently.


Typical Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, design plans and sales orders.
  • Work collaboratively with various specialized trades to meet production goals and objectives.
  • Correct installation of frame, doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
  • Ability to assess the quality of work and materials and make corrections.
  • Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
  • Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
  • Prep work zones by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
  • Provide regular and reliable attendance.

  • At least five years experience in general construction, carpentry or multi-trade maintenance
  • Ability to compare blueprints, house plans and sales orders to finished product
