Job description

Paper Cup Production Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced paper cup manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair paper cup manufacturing equipment

  • Perform preventative maintenance and tooling changeovers

  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues

  • Conduct inspections and replace worn or defective parts

  • Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
