Critical Care RT – Organ Recovery (Night Shift)
Location: Statewide travel across Oklahoma
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (8 PM – 8 AM), including rotating weekends/holidays

Are you a dedicated Respiratory Therapist looking to take your career to the next level while making a profound impact on lives every day? LifeShare Network is searching for a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as an Organ Recovery Coordinator. In this vital role, you will be central to the coordination of organ recovery efforts, ensuring that each case is handled with expertise and care, offering hope through organ transplantation.

What You Will Do:

  • Rapid Response and Case Management: Act swiftly on referrals to assess the viability of potential donors and manage the entire organ recovery process.
  • Expert Care and Procedure Oversight: Utilize your specialized respiratory care skills to optimize donor conditions, ensuring organs remain viable for transplant.
  • Family Support and Guidance: Communicate sensitively and effectively with donor families, providing them with comfort and understanding of the organ donation process.
  • Leadership in Education and Practice: Lead educational sessions for peers and partake in advanced clinical procedures to improve outcomes in organ recovery.

Requirements:

  • You must be a licensed Respiratory Therapist with experience in critical care settings such as ICU or emergency care.

  • Demonstrates accountability, passion, and a can-do attitude
  • Willing to work overnight (8 PM – 8 AM), including weekends and holidays
