YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Relevant McKinsey experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to own work end-to-end and deliver high-quality outputs with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Solid problem-solving skills, grounded in data, structure, and practical judgment
  • Proficiency in creating work-product-driven outputs with ability to leverage AI (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Gemini, Lilli)
  • Independently own defined PD Ops processes and workstreams, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Support review and evaluation processes, including preparation, execution, and close-out of semi-annual and interim review cycles, in close collaboration with PD leadership
  • Manage and maintain PD data and trackers, ensuring data integrity across systems used for decision-making and reporting
  • Produce clear, well-structured work products (e.g., Excel trackers, PowerPoint materials, written summaries) that enable efficient decision-making
  • Identify issues, risks, or inconsistencies, flagging them early and proposing practical solutions
  • Willingness and ability to maintain regular in-office presence to support collaboration and apprenticeship
