Responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operational activities to support clinical and administrative functions. Ensures efficient workflows, compliance with policies, and effective communication across departments. Serves as the primary point of contact for operational issues and provides guidance to staff to maintain high standards of service.

-Coordinates and manages daily administrative and operational activities to support clinical departments.
-Monitors workflows and identifies opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and patient care.
-Serves as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership to ensure seamless communication.
-Ensures compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
-Manages scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to support departmental needs.
-Provides training and support to staff to ensure adherence to procedures and protocols.
-Develops and maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
-Resolves operational issues and escalates complex matters to leadership when necessary.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration preferred or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
