Job description

PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT LIFECYCLE AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager - Product Lifecycle & Change Management leads end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives across a multisite food manufacturing network. This role oversees the successful commercialization of new products and manages structured change processes for existing items.
This position partners cross-functionally to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards for operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches from concept through commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Establish and govern change management processes, ensuring all product, packaging, labeling, and system changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented consistently across the organization
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, successful delivery
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Innovation, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams while communicating progress, risks, and key milestones
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensures accuracy and synchronization of product data across internal systems and customer platforms, while coordinating artwork and labeling workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in food manufacturing or CPG
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in a multi-site environment
  • Strong understanding of food manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
