BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact PALS - Pediatric Adv Life Support or ARC-PALS - Amer Red Cross Pediatric Advanced Life Support or PALS-I - PALS - Instructor or PALS-P - PALS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course or ATCN - Adv Trauma Care for Nurses Cer or TNCC-P - Trauma Nurse Core Course - Provisional (18 Months) within 18 Months ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ARC-ALS - Amer Red Cross Advanced Life Support or ACLS-I - ACLS - Instructor or ACLS-P - ACLS-Provisional (180 Days) within 180 Days Additional License(s) and Certification(s): Required Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year Experience with direct patient care Preferred Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills required Ability to function in a fast paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed and respectful manner Possess excellent time management skills practices nursing using evidence and analytical skills along with possessing strong critical thinking skills. Night shift: 3PM to 3AM. Must be available to work varies days of the week. (2) 24hr call in an 8 week period Weekends: minimum every other weekend. Holidays: minimum 2 major, 2 minor. *A completed Wellstar cover sheet required for each submission. *Due to critical needs, we are adjusting the bill rate for WMCG ED positions for 4 weeks to $75 ending April 25th, 2026.
