Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willing and able to work overtime and rotating shifts.
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; perform basic math functions.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Perform physical labor safely in noisy, dusty, and other harsh working conditions

General Laborer position requirements include, but are not limited to, general plant labor and clean-up of production areas; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production positions and fills in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands. Operate small equipment; replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; and other duties as assigned by management. Millwright and/or Equipment Operators preferred.
 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • General labor and clean-up of production areas
  • Observe, monitor, and report any conditions which could lead to product nonconformity.
  • Operate heavy equipment/machinery in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain/secure all equipment in compliance with MSHA, policies, and procedures.
  • Replace or assist other workers as needed or directed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
