Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift

Tailored Label Products (TLP) is a leader in high-performance label manufacturing, known for precision, innovation, and a strong commitment to quality. Weโ€™re looking for an experienced and skilled Flexo-Graphic Press Operator to join our production team and help deliver the exceptional quality and service our customers depend on. This position could be 2nd or 3rd shift.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

As a Flexo-Graphic Press Operator, youโ€™ll be responsible for producing high-quality labels and die-cut parts that meet exact customer specifications. Youโ€™ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, maintaining production efficiency, and upholding TLPโ€™s commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate flexo-graphic presses with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure finished products meet customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized press area in compliance with 6S standards and the Production Quality Checklist
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Finishing, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow
  • Manage time effectively to meet strict production schedules and deadlines
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of flexo-graphic printing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Solid math and computer skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset

  • Ability and desire to work on 2nd or 3rd shift
