Job description

  • REMOTE POSITION

The Industrial Print Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing customer relationships within industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. This role focuses on selling industrial printing solutions?including large-format, packaging, labeling, and specialty print services?while delivering consultative, solution-based sales to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted industrial and commercial markets
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of key accounts
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate print solutions
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Collaborate with production, prepress, and operations teams to ensure accurate job specifications and on-time delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, purchasing teams, and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer sites as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience selling print solutions (large format, packaging, labels, commercial print, or related services including inks/consumables) is strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to understand technical print specifications and production processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

? Min. 3?5+ years of experience in industrial or print sales including inks/consumables

? Established network within manufacturing, retail, or industrial sectors

? Knowledge of digital, offset, flexographic, or wide-format printing technologies

? Experience with long sales cycles and complex customer requirements

What You Will Do:

  • Owning industrial print sales cycles from beginning to end
  • Support US and Global Channel Partners for industrial print sales cycles
  • Manage the industrial product portfolio through key needs assessments, a strong understanding of the market and existing gaps within teams supported.
  • Act as subject matter resource for partners and customers in addressing product questions, customer objectives, proposals, and utilization of tactical actions.
  • The sales specialist will be responsible for key high impact activities; Live and remote customer demos, high level customer contacts, lead studies/assessments.
  • This is a quota bearing assignment.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Candidate Education: University Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience in industrial print solutions & consumables
  • Excellent business acumen and relationship skills
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively when developing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product knowledge
