Job Responsibilities & Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Print and prepare labels for production orders based on daily schedules
  • Verify label accuracy (part numbers, descriptions, barcodes, quantities) before release
  • Maintain organization of labels for different product lines, including steel panels and components
  • Operate label printing systems and barcode software
  • Monitor label inventory and notify leadership of low stock levels
  • Support production team with urgent or priority label requests
  • Troubleshoot basic printer or system issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain clean and organized label room workspace
  • Ensure all documentation and label records are completed accurately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, production support, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with label printing systems or ERP systems (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, printing systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
