The Sales Consultant is the Dealership’s primary sales representative. You are responsible for all aspects of the sales transaction and, as such, should seek to meet your customers’ needs in every thought, word and gesture. as a Sales Consultant, you play the most important role, from identifying prospective customers, to maintaining ongoing relationships with those customers, to representing the dealership’s parts, service and collision repair departments to them after the sale. You may also be called upon to assist customers in choosing new or pre-owned vehicles, as well as financial services, accessories and options.

As part of your commitment to deliver extraordinary service, you are expected to meet or exceed Dealership objectives. We expect you will...

  • Attain consistent high scores and positive feedback from customer surveys.
  • Meet dealership goals of unit sales and sales of additional products and services.
  • Achieve average gross profit objectives per vehicle sale.
  • Procure additional customer purchases and increase customer referrals.
  • Generate additional unit sales via prospecting and follow-up activities.
