Position Overview:

Join Masterworks as a Junior Product Analyst and be a key player in our dynamic team. In this role, you'll contribute to the success of our products by expertly managing reporting, segmentation, and optimizing communication performance. We're seeking an individual with a robust technical background and a fervor for uncovering valuable insights from extensive data sets.

As a vital member of the product marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with creative, design, research, and acquisitions to ensure a seamless and effective content calendar. Your responsibilities encompass creating user segments, tracking user behavior, and optimizing open rates and conversions. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a deep passion for consumer tech, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Query data and build segments using SQL
  • Analyze and report on the performance of communications including email, push, and SMS
  • Document and log campaign data sets to help guide product and creative strategies
  • Build dashboards and gather insights for day to day management

Requirements and Preferred Skill Sets:

  • Degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. data science, computer science, statistics, economics) or equivalent 2+ years in industry experience
  • Advanced SQL skills
