Controls Programmer-Memphis, TN - HVAC Mechanical & Controls Company
POSITION:
  • BAS Systems Specialist / Project Manager
LOCATION:
  • Memphis, TN
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Junior level w/ relevant schooling/training & 5+ years of industry experience
  • Must be familiar with various hand and power tools
  • Proficient in reading wiring diagrams
  • Familiar with Tridium and Siemens BAS product lines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and self-motivated
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and communicate project scope with all levels of contracting chain
  • Track and forecast costs spent on materials and labor and adhere to project budgets
  • Manage field staff, suppliers, and subcontractors during the entirety of construction
  • Ability to create change orders and generate and submit work orders for the extra work needed
  • Assist with estimating extra work
  • Create controls databases, front-end graphics, and controls applications from scratch
  • Fundamental understanding of how to repair, adjust, and calibrate BAS systems
  • Effectively communicate with end users and provide customer training
  • Ability to provide technical support to customers when needed
