Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne offers a state of the art climate controlled facility with updated bright LED lighting, new Rotary lifts, company provided individual multi-drawer locking tool boxes in each bay as well as the latest in Mercedes-Benz diagnostic and testing equipment . The ideal candidate for the position must be energetic, self-motivated and a team player. Must also have excellent communication skills with a stable work history. All candidates must possess a valid driver's license.

To be considered as a Mercedes-Benz Service Technician:

Must have strong automotive technical background.

  • Mercedes-Benz factory certifications with dealership experience preferred but not required.
  • The ability to verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting vehicle controls, and systems.
  • Capable of diagnosing and successful repair of failed vehicle systems.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in manufacturer sponsored continuing educational opportunities both remote and off-site instructor lead courses.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must. We work collaboratively so we must communicate professionally, effectively and courteously. 
  • Ability to maintain shop efficiency and follow safety processes & procedures. 
  • Candidate should be Dependable and Attentive, able to work Independently, possess Problem Solving Skills, Persistent, must be able to Manage Time, and have a good Understanding of today's Automotive Complexities.
  • Reynolds dealership management system experience is preferred but not required.
  • Possess a current valid drivers license.
