Job Summary
JCS Mountain Oaks and JCS Cedar Cove are currently looking for a Non-Instructional Aide for our 2026-2027 school year. This is a 10-month, part-time hourly (non-exempt) position, 16-20 hours per week.
The Non-Instructional Aide, in a manner consistent with school policy and priorities, will perform a wide variety of clerical, secretarial and student supervisory functions to support day-to-day operations for designated school sites, which includes both regularly developing and special needs children.
-Bilingual preferred.
-Travel between locations in Encinitas will be required.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Please upload a valid CPR certificate.)
  • OR Other (If you do not currently have your CPR certificate, please upload a document stating you will complete our CPR certification training upon offer of employment.)
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Please upload One Professional letter of Recommendation)
  • Proof of HS Graduation
  • Resume
  • Other (If you do not have a current valid Negative TB test result or TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire, please upload a document stating you will submit a result or questionnaire upon offer of employment.)
  • OR TB Screening Result (Negative test results or TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire required, dated within 6 months of application..)
