• Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Leader (Japanese Bilingual)
• Client: Japanese IT Company
• Working Location: New York NY
• Working style: Hybrid (2 days in-office required)
• Employment Type: Full-time/ Exempt
• Salary: 70-100K / per year
• Benefit: Full benefit(Health Insurance, 401 Match)

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Language: English (Fluent), Japanese (Conversational Level)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a high level of direct IT infrastructure customer support while assisting project execution under the guidance of a Project Manager
• Promote excellent customer service, ensure effective response times, and provide expert insights into support issues
• Enforce quality of service guidelines and maintain overall customer satisfaction
• Travel to data centers or client sites for on-site technical work
• Support infrastructure projects in collaboration with Project Managers and external vendors
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues with distributors and manufacturers
• Analyze incident trends and propose preventive solutions and process improvements
• Investigate suspected security events and vulnerabilities in coordination with PSOC and CSIRT teams

• Design and implementation experience in:
- Cloud Solutions (AWS, Microsoft 365)
- Virtualization (vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Virtual Desktop
- Windows Server (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange)
- Unix Server (Redhat, SMTP server)
- Authentication Infrastructure (SSO, Entra ID, Okta)
• Strong operation and troubleshooting skills in:
- Monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, SolarWinds)
- Active Directory, GPO
- Authentication and Access Privilege
- Security tools (SES, Defender, Cybereason, Deep Security)
• Experience working with stakeholders on support-related issues
• Basic Japanese language skills (required for communication with Tokyo HQ)
