About The Job
We are looking for a Senior Creator Marketing Executive to assist in developing and executing influencer campaigns, ensure they are delivered against objectives and budget successfully and with consistent high standard of excellence. Lead and execute small to medium size campaigns, collaborating with senior team members on high priority campaigns, working towards leading mid-size campaigns.

What You'll Do
INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT
  • Manage and act as key lead on projects, executing with minimal supervision, proactively anticipating deadlines, client and internal deliverables as well as offering solutions-based thinking.
  • In collaboration with the campaign lead, take lead on developing interim and wrap reports for clients, with clear analytical thinking.
  • Lead ideation and brainstorm meetings for campaigns, ensuring clear direction and collation of ideas for client concepting.
  • Begin to understand and apply intermediate strategic thinking to client proposals and ideation to help achieve best in class deliverables.
  • Develop influencer target lists for campaign lead and client review, ensuring high-level vetting and intermediate strategic approach to meet client goals.
  • Delegation to direct report and/or other team members, with clear instruction and oversight of execution and deliverables.
  • Consistent communication at every stage re. status to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use of social insights tools to enhance client success (where appropriate).
  • Begin to build relationships with high level influencer agency contacts to deliver successful campaign results
  • Escalation of all issues encountered to Lead or Managers.
  • Representative at on-location events (screenings, premieres, launches) when required.
  • Begin to understand Contract redlines, and escalating issues with Creators/reps/agencies to Senior campaign lead.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
  • Build and grow client relationships; acts as mid-level representative in existing client meetings.
  • Assist team with organization of relationship-building events.
  • Begin to execute campaign implementation; ensure that objectives are met (and where possible, exceeded), benchmarks, targets and KPIs are reached and where possible exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and creators.
  • Attend internal and external client meetings as intermediate lead.
  • Begin to understand and participate in new business pitches, credential presentations or new client chemistry meetings; provide expertise and input to Influencer strategic approach.

TEAM RELATIONSHIPS
  • Support the rest of the team in helping ensure an empowering, and respectful environment.
  • Work with coordinators and executives to prioritize and delegate work while offering guidance, direction, and support.
  • Assist in training new coordinators

FINANCE
  • Assist client lead with tracking and processing of campaign budgets, escalating any issues to Senior and Accounts team.
  • Be proactive in negotiating better rates with creators when outreaching and creator agencies.

INTERNAL / OTHER
  • Lead on actively adding new creator agencies and updated rosters to the Master Creator Database
  • Foster close collaboration, knowledge and skills-based-sharing within the Global Creator Team.
  • Actively engage helping to keep the department up to date with the latest trends, innovation, and best practices.
  • Responsible for clear written communication and begin collaborating with other team members on campaign case study examples for client credentials.
  • Deliver against key competencies and agreed S.M.A.R.T. objectives.
