ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Welcome to the R J Allen State Farm Agent office in Orlando, Florida. We have proudly served our Good Neighbors since 1988, and our team is built on a shared commitment to excellent service, teamwork, and community. As a lifelong Florida resident and a graduate of Florida A&M University, I value relationships and understand the importance of serving people with care and integrity. Our office supports customers across Central Florida, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, and Volusia counties, and we work together to help individuals and families protect what matters most through auto, home, renters, and condo insurance. Outside of the office, family is a top priority for me, and I enjoy spending time with my spouse of more than forty four years, our two adult children, and our grandchild, as well as traveling, fishing, golfing, and sports. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rj Allen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
