The Role: Precision & Performance

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for maintaining the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles. You'll work in a collaborative environment where quality and integrity come first.

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnostics & Repair: Thoroughly examine vehicles to identify issues and perform precise repairs.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the Shop Foreman and Service Advisors to plan work and provide accurate labor estimates.

  • Clear Communication: Keep the service team informed on repair progress and any additional maintenance needs discovered.

  • Technical Mastery: Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend company-provided training to keep your skills sharp.

  • Mentorship: Share your expertise by assisting in the development of technician trainees.

  • Compliance & Care: Adhere to all dealership policies regarding vehicle care and follow all environmental and safety regulations for hazardous waste disposal.
