Home Care Infusion Registered Nurse - RN

Must have a minimum of one year infusion experience! This position will serve the Davis County area and occasional outlying areas.

Clinical requirements for Home Care Infusion Registered Nurse - RN:

  • Phlebotomy in Peds and/or Adults
  • IV starts in Peds and/or Adults
  • PICC lines
  • Ports
  • Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in IV Infusions in a Home Care setting.
  • Minimum six (six) months experience of IVIG infusion preferred
  • Hemophiliacs and Factor administration
  • Enzyme administration

Requirements for Home Care Infusion Registered Nurse - RN:

  • Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire)
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
