Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Clinic

Location: Ahwatukee, Arizona

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Employment Type: Onsite | No Weekends or Major Holidays

Compensation: $85K to $110K (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient medical team in Ahwatukee, AZ. The Infusion RN is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered care to individuals receiving IV infusion therapies. This position involves administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to all safety and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer IV infusions, injections, and prescribed treatments in accordance with provider orders and protocols.
  • Monitor patients during infusions, recognizing and responding to adverse reactions or complications.
  • Record vital signs, symptoms, and infusion details promptly and accurately in the EMR.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant infusion area, including inventory and medication preparation.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication effects, and post-care instructions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care delivery.
  • Adhere to infection control policies, safety procedures, and state/federal regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support efficient patient flow and contribute to a calm, supportive environment for all patients.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona (required).
  • Current BLS certification (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (required).
  • Prior experience in an infusion center or IV therapy setting (required).
  • ACLS certification (preferred).
