As a Part-Time Medical Social Worker, you’ll be a vital member of our care coordination team, collaborating closely with RN case managers, multidisciplinary clinical teams, and internal and external partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Current Massachusetts Social Work licensure (LCSW)

  • Experience with protective services, child welfare, long-term care, crisis intervention, chronic illness, hospice care, substance use disorders, and psychiatric illnesses is a plus

Pay Range:

$43,680.00 USD - $58,793.40 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
