PRIMARY FUNCTIONResponsible for auditing daily inventory reports. Perform order and truck audits to ensure accuracy. Develop customer relations. Identify problems through root cause analysis that impact inventory.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8 PM - 6 AMSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES- Audit any of the daily inventory reports; transits, lost sales, back stock audits, deleted locations, receipt exceptions, and out of stock.
- Prepare defective merchandise for disposition which includes contacting vendors.
- Preparing shipments for return to vendors.
- Communicate with vendors and buyers, customers and customer service when a problem exists with merchandise.
- Prepares manifest for salvage and schedules pick up.
- Excellent attendance and reliable predictability a must.
- Adheres to DC housekeeping guidelines.
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.*

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- High School diploma preferred.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing to comply with all safety policies and practices.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and ability to create charts.
- Good math and reading skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management.
- Attention to detail essential and demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain records accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
- Must be a team player with a can do attitude.
- Power Equipment certification a plus.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
