You'lljoin theWireless MCU - Digital Designteam, whichis responsible forthe integrated circuit (IC) design of digital components across the entire system-on-chip (SoC). The team's work spans from architecture and design through verification, ensuring that each block integrates seamlessly into high-performance, low-power SoCs. By combining digital and analogexpertise, the team drives innovation in embedded systems for a wide range of wireless applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analog design, verification, firmware, and systems engineers, to deliver high-quality silicon solutions.
Develop models, simulations, and verification plans to ensure functionality, performance, and design quality.
Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, providing recommendations to improve design quality, methodologies, and development efficiency.
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, ora relatedtechnical field.
Academic or project experience in VLSI design, digital IC design, digital embedded systems, computer architecture, or SoC development.
Understanding ofdigital design fundamentals, including RTL design, finite state machines, timing concepts, and digital logic implementation.
Experience with hardware description languages such as Verilog orSystemVerilogthrough coursework, research, internships, or project work.
The following skills will be considered a plus:
Internship, co-op, research, or project experience related to digital IC design, SoC development, or semiconductor product development.
Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for design, synthesis, timing analysis, or verification.
Participation in engineering competitions, technical organizations, open-source hardware projects, or relevant student leadership activities.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $78,750 - $146,250 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
