Part-Time Driver (As Needed)Location: New Stanton, PA Schedule: Part-Time, As Needed (Flexible Hours)Position SummaryThe George DeLallo Company is seeking a dependable, professional, and safety-conscious Part-Time Driver to provide transportation support for our business operations. This position is responsible for transporting employees to and from job sites, delivering packages and company materials, and assisting with airport transportation for applicants, new hires, and company guests. This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time work.

Hours will vary based on business needs and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional long-distance travel.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSafely transport employees to and from company facilities and job sites. Pick up and drop off applicants, new hires, vendors, and guests at local airports and transportation hubs. Deliver company packages, supplies, equipment, and documents to designated locations.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of company vehicles. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.

Communicate effectively with Human Resources and Operations regarding schedules and transportation needs. Maintain confidentiality regarding applicants, employees, and company information. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned.QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review. Previous professional driving, transportation, delivery, shuttle, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile applications.

Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Professional appearance and demeanor.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and drive for extended periods. Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the day.
