Job Description

We are seeking an elite Senior Frontend Engineer to architect and drive the evolution of our web platforms for ISP Cloud and Consumer Electronics. In this pivotal role, you will go beyond daily feature development to lead system design, establish engineering best practices, and deliver highly secure, scalable, and customer-centric products for a global audience. You will also collaborate closely with backend teams (Go/Java) to design efficient API integrations (BFF) and shape the overall technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Architecture & Leadership: Spearhead the architectural design and end-to-end delivery of complex frontend systems for our network equipment interfaces, enterprise management software (e.g., ISP Cloud/SDN), and consumer platforms.
  • System-Level Performance & UX: Drive deep performance optimizations-including bundle size reduction, rendering speed tuning, memory management, and Core Web Vitals-to ensure a flawless, low-latency user experience across millions of global users.
  • Engineering Infrastructure: Architect and maintain robust frontend infrastructure, building CI/CD automation pipelines, component libraries, micro-frontends, and data visualization tools to significantly elevate the team's delivery quality and efficiency.
  • Technology Strategy & Mentorship: Continuously evaluate and integrate cutting-edge frontend technologies. Define coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers (Go/Java) to define API contracts, streamline data flows, and deliver cohesive full-stack solutions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend engineering, with deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and their advanced ecosystems (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Next.js).
  • Mastery of core frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+ JavaScript/TypeScript) and a strong grasp of browser rendering mechanisms and performance profiling.
  • Solid understanding of advanced computer networking concepts, web standards, and protocols (e.g., HTTP/2, WebSocket, RESTful APIs, GraphQL), alongside web security fundamentals (XSS, CSRF, CORS).
  • Extensive experience with modern frontend engineering toolchains (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and building scalable architectures (e.g., Componentization, SSR).
  • Proven track record of designing complex, mobile-first, and highly responsive enterprise-grade web applications.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proactive attitude towards driving technical initiatives and collaborating across global time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with full-stack development or familiarity with backend paradigms (Go, Java, or Node.js).
  • Practical architectural experience integrating enterprise-scale e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify API ecosystem).
  • Expertise in integrating, managing, and customizing marketing tech and data analytics pipelines (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, tracking/conversion APIs) at scale.

Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 - 200,000

  • Free snacks and drinks
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents)
