Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday availability needed
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Reliable vehicle required

We are hiring a detail-oriented, coachable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Augusta area.

This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience every time.

If you are someone who follows instructions carefully, pays attention to the small details, takes initiative, and takes pride in doing things the right way, you may be exactly who we are looking for.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. The right mindset, professionalism, and reliability matter far more than technical background.

Schedule & Availability

  • Monday-Friday availability needed
  • Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Work occurs during daytime business hours, with longer hours in the summer months
  • Travel required within a 30-mile primary service area, with opportunities to travel up to 90 miles for additional compensated shoots
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential

What You’ll Do

  • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
  • Capture interior and exterior listing media following a structured shot list
  • Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners
  • Follow detailed processes and checklists with consistency
  • Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
  • Maintain organization and accuracy across every appointment
  • Provide a high-level, white-glove client experience

Compensation & Growth Path

  • Paid training: $15/hour
  • Standard photoshoots: starting at $25 per unit (approx. 60 minutes per unit)
  • Drone-certified rate: $30 per unit
  • Video-certified rate: $35 per unit
  • Mileage reimbursement: $0.30/mile
  • Additional compensation provided for shoots outside primary service radius

This is a per-unit (piece-rate) role. All hours worked are tracked and reviewed to ensure compliance with minimum wage and overtime laws.

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a dynamic schedule
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and representing a brand
  • Comfortable driving locally
  • Comfortable using basic technology
  • Reliable high-speed internet and home computer required

*Candidates within 30 miles of Augusta, GA are preferred

This Role May NOT Be For You If:

  • You need guaranteed fixed hours every week
  • You struggle with schedule flexibility
  • You prefer minimal client interaction
  • You dislike following structured processes or checklists
  • You tend to rush instead of focusing on quality and consistency

Why This Role Is Great

  • Paid training provided
  • Clear opportunities for increased pay through certification
  • Mileage reimbursement and additional travel compensation
  • Opportunity to build in-demand creative and technical skills
  • Work independently while being part of a growing team
  • Potential for long-term growth within the company

If you are dependable, detail-driven, and excited about building a long-term skillset while representing a professional brand, we would love to hear from you. Apply today!
