Job description

Red Level Improvements is hiring an experienced carpenter to join our team. Our projects include deck construction, exterior repairs (soffit, fascia, minor shingle work), garages and shops, and interior remodeling during the winter months.

This is a steady, year-round position — outdoor work in the warmer months and indoor remodeling during the winter.

What You'll Do
• Build and repair residential decks
• Work on garages, shops, and larger exterior structures
• Soffit and fascia installation/repair
• Minor shingle and exterior repairs
• Exterior trim work
• Interior remodeling projects during winter months
• Work independently and with a small crew

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years carpentry, framing, or exterior construction experience
• Experience with decks, framing, or building structures preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

This position is for experienced carpenters or exterior tradespeople. Apprentice and helper applicants should apply to our entry-level position.
