Volpe Enterprises is hiring Interior Remodeling Foreman to join our growing Interior Team.
Volpe Enterprises is a full-service/design-build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add several positions to our Interior Production team in North Wales, PA.

We are looking for professional individuals who have a positive attitude, are mechanically inclined, motivated, can take direction, work independently, or lead a team. We are a growing company and are interested in individuals who are looking for a career and growth within our organization. Please keep in mind candidates must have a clean driving record, be drug-free, and be a team player. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Arriving on time with tools, ready to work
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site and work environment
  • Ability to lead the remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms basements, additions, and other residential remodeling projects
  • Ability to make independent decisions and work unsupervised
  • Take direction from and work with Project Managers to keep the project on schedule
  • Ability to read and understand floor plans, elevations, and job binders
  • Maintain our standard of a high quality finished product
  • Uphold company vision, core values, and standards
  • Willingness to learn, grow your skills, and teach others
  • Ability to build a professional and positive relationship with clients
  • Maintenance & completion of punch lists
  • Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, training, etc.
