The Opportunity

Our client, a premier multi-disciplinary law firm with a national footprint, is looking for a driven Litigation Associate to join their highly regarded Wilmington office. This role is designed for a sophisticated litigator who wants to be at the epicenter of corporate law, handling high-stakes matters in the nation’s most influential courts.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside elite practitioners on complex commercial disputes, corporate governance matters, and fiduciary duty litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation, from initial discovery through trial and post-trial proceedings.

  • Leverage your experience within the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Superior Court Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD).

  • Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft high-level motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.

  • Collaborate on matters involving corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and bankruptcy-related claims.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with a stellar academic record.

  • Licensure: Must be admitted to practice law in the State of Delaware.
