CloudHQ has state-of-the-art data center sites located in two Northern Virginia locations, as well as London, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, and Sao Paulo, and we anticipate exponential growth over the next several years both in the US and abroad. 


The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsels. This role is responsible for supporting day to day operations of the legal and compliance management functions, including entity management, contract administration, calendar coordination, and insurance compliance activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to legal team members, including drafting, proofreading, formatting, and editing correspondence and presentations.
  • Provide support with forming and maintaining US entities, including meeting KYC requirements, tracking and paying annual entity fees, and organizing all related documentation.
  • Managing electronic court filings and ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
  • Act as a point of contact between attorneys, external counsel, and internal departments.
  • Facilitates expense management including processing of expense reports and invoices.
  • Manage calendars for key contractual deadlines, internal and external meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate delivery of communications and documentation to tenants/customers, lenders, contract counterparties, and other third parties.
  • Oversee document management including organization and storage of executed contracts and related legal documents.


Requirements


Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: 7 - 10 years of prior administrative experience in legal-related field(s), with a focus on commercial real estate transactions, or for a real estate development or construction company.


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  

  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation, both internal and external.
