Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a CATV Installation Technician to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cable television services for our customers. This role requires technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently

.AMcomm will provide field training with a certified trainer. Once training is complete, up to $20 per hour, with additional bonus potential.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade cable television services for residential and commercial customers
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations
- Educate customers on the use of equipment and services
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards
