Responsibilities
  • Coordinated end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time vessel departures.
  • Managed bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with carrier and customer requirements.
  • Prepared and provided required shipping documentation to support customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipper's export declarations.
  • Coordinated international cargo movements for clients by managing documentation flow and shipment-related information across internal teams and overseas partners.

Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience in ocean import operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
  • Ability to coordinate end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time vessel departures.
  • Experience managing bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with carrier and customer requirements.
  • Ability to prepare and provide required shipping documentation to support customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipper's export declarations.
  • Experience coordinating international cargo movements by managing documentation flow and shipment-related information across internal teams and overseas partners.
  • English and Korean bilingual preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is between $60,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
