IDEAL Fastener Corporation is NOW HIRING for Full-Time and Part-Time Assembly Technician!

At IDEAL Fastener, your growth awaits you. We are actively looking to grow our team and we would like for you to join us. We are located at 603 West Industry Drive, Oxford, NC 27565.

Helpful Information about the Opportunity:

  • 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Includes a 2nd Shift Premium of an EXTRA $3.00 an hour)

Responsibilities and Duties of our Assembly Technician:

  • Operate (automatic and/or manual) production machine(s) and maintain the mechanical condition of the machine(s).
  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle in accordance with operating guidelines.
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).
  • Record production.
  • Stand, move, and lift materials; fast hand speed required.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Maintain safe working environment while adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain production and quality levels.
