Qualifications  for Technology Lead - IBM BPM

Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred 

At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.

At least 3 years of experience in BPM with minimum 2-3years of experience with IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM ODM (iLog) technologies, WPS & WID 7.x with exposure to Clear Case and DB2.

At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle. 

At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle. 

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Experience to XXdomain 

Analytical skills 

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Basic

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

At least 4 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks.

At least 4 years of experience in BPM with minimum 4 years of experience with IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM ODM (iLog) technologies, WPS & WID 7.x with exposure to Clear Case and DB2.

At least 3 years of experience in project execution

Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

Analytical skills 

Understanding of market and technology trends.

Experience in providing advanced technology advisory services.

At least 4 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams 

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
