• Job Summary:
We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Leader to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure environments within a fast-paced client-facing environment. This role will work closely with the Project Manager to execute infrastructure projects while also contributing hands-on technical expertise across endpoint management, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, identity management, and security operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments, and the ability to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients. Japanese language skills are a plus due to interaction with Japanese customers.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Support infrastructure project execution by tracking tasks, coordinating activities, and reporting project status to the Project Manager
• Implement, configure, and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Tanium, SCCM, and Windows FU
• Manage identity and access solutions including Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, Active Directory, and Windows Hello
• Operate and support Microsoft 365 environments including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune
• Maintain and troubleshoot security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and access privilege management tools
• Build, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure environments on AWS and Azure
• Support services including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, virtual machines, and networking components
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements through standardization, automation, and tooling enhancements
• Participate in Managed Service launches, including defining operational procedures and SLA structures
• Assist with pre-sales activities such as proposal preparation, effort estimation, and client presentations
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders as needed
• Travel to customer sites or data centers when required
• The right candidate will possess:
• Strong hands-on infrastructure engineering experience within Microsoft and cloud ecosystems
• The ability to balance technical execution with project coordination responsibilities
• Experience working in client-facing or managed service environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset toward operational improvement and automation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
• The flexibility to support both project implementation and operational support activities
• Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- Endpoint Management: Intune, Tanium, SCCM, Windows FU
- Identity & Access Management: Entra ID, Entra ID Connect, Active Directory, Windows Hello
- Microsoft 365 Services: SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch) and/or Azure (Azure Monitor, VMs, Networking)
- Security Tools: Microsoft Defender, privilege/access management tools
• Experience improving operational efficiency through automation, process improvement, or tooling initiatives
