HVAC Quality Control Specialist

Location: Houston, TX.
Pay: $23.00โ€“$26.00 per hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 10-hour shifts (40+ hours with overtime).
Shift Options: As early as 6:00 AM start or rotating shift (12:00 PM โ€“ 10:30 PM).
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay.
Position Overview:
Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Quality Control Specialist to support a leading HVAC manufacturing operation in Houston.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong HVAC background who are passionate about quality, compliance, and ensuring systems meet performance standards. Your expertise will directly impact product reliability and overall operational success.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes.
  • Perform routine quality inspections and audits across production processes.

What You Bring:
Required Experience and Skills:

Education and Training:

Physical Requirements:
