Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking 4 Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision to be part of the leadership team at our facility. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving operations, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience in Furniture Unloading and 3PL environments is preferred.
Salary:
  • This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $23 - $28 per hour depending on experience

Shift:
  • Full Time both day and night shifts available

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.
  • Preference for experience in Amazon and 3PL environments.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Managers in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.
  • Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve warehouse performance.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
