Job description

Job Summary:
Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Perris, CA The Freight Handlers will be responsible for unloading retail items and ensuring efficient handling of products. This is a full-time position available for 1st shift(6am-3pm), Monday through Friday. The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $26 per hour based on productivity. Daily pay is offered along with a $200 employee referral bonus. Humano provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, and other warehouse duties
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols
- Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks
Responsibilities:
- Unload retail items from containers and trucks
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and other equipment as needed
- Follow specific instructions for handling and storing products
- Meet productivity targets to maximize earnings
