Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, maintains a system for placement of substitute employees and athletic coaches at school district sites and monitoring absences. Provides support to recruitment, assignment, and orientation for substitutes. Prepares and maintains a variety of records and files for substitute employees.
Advises substitutes on how the substitute system functions, personnel rules, procedures, and benefits.
