Professional Mobile Pet Groomer

Furry Land Mobile Pet Grooming, is growing in Metro Detroit and is looking to bring experienced Pet Groomers onto its team!
We build trusting relationships with our clients through providing high-quality, personal pet grooming services. Our team visits clients at their doorstep offering a unique one-to-one, timesaving, stress-free and cage free experience.
We prioritize pet and groomer safety, comfort and well-being in a transparent and trusting workplace.
The Position:

Pet Groomer Responsibilities:
  • A deep love for animals, with a focus on keeping them safe and healthy. Driven by genuine compassion and patience, fostering a caring and nurturing environment where pets and their owners can feel at ease during what might otherwise be a stressful process

  • 2+ years of pet grooming experience

  • Exemplifies a strong work ethic through dedication and diligence, ensuring excellent care for animals while maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace, ensuring company property is maintained during shifts.

  • Honest and experienced, our team is built on trust and transparency. We prioritize being open, kind, and attentive to our clients' needs at all times. Must provide services to breed standards as well as client requests for cutting, bathing, nail clipping and finishing of services paid.

  • Self-reliant and adept at managing responsibilities, including navigating digital scheduling platforms via smartphone or tablet. Prioritizes animal well-being, comfortable with extended periods on their feet, and capable of lifting larger pets with ease.
  • Must record client notes, rebook and support other communication focused activities throughout the day.
  • Must be able to drive safely in winter conditions
  • Must have a valid state's driver's license, successful pass of criminal and driving record check
