Today, 40 million family members support aging loved ones who want to live at home for as long as possible. Most of these family members work and have children of their own. This creates tremendous pressure on these individuals. Homethrive’s mission is to reduce the stress on family caregivers and assist their loved ones to thrive independently and with dignity at home by providing each family with their own dedicated social worker who provides ongoing coaching and personal assistance services.

Client Success Manager Role

Homethrive is seeking a Client Success Manager to establish and build customer relationships to expand client engagement. The Client Success Manager is responsible for establishing customer relationships with Human Resource departments, build on positive engagement and experience starting from the onboarding and implementation process of Homethrive’s benefit to employers. The Client Success Manager will also be responsible for expanding business with existing clients.

This exciting expansion opportunity is a multifaceted position requiring both sales and service experience. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer, managing the client relationship. You will need to ensure our customers are receiving the tools and support they need in marketing Homethrive to achieve maximum engagement within their employee base. The CSM will need to build and manage relationships with select senior executives as well as the individual employees.

Requirements

· Strong presentation skills

· Excellent organization and attention to details skills

· Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving business environment

· Experience selling both over the phone and in person

· Highly engaging and high energy with a self-starter attitude

· Empathetic to the challenges of family caregivers and their loved ones

· Experience selling to/working with human resources departments preferred, but not required
