We are looking for seasoned HR Business Partners to join our growing community of SupportFinity partners.

As a Partner, you won’t be an employee—you’ll be an independent professional with full flexibility, working with us to introduce SupportFinity to companies in your network who need better hiring technology. You’ll help organizations transform their recruitment operations while earning recurring income.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as an advocate for SupportFinity within your HR network and industry

  2. Identify and refer companies that can benefit from our platform

  3. Leverage your HR expertise to position SupportFinity as a strategic hiring solution

  4. Collaborate with our team to provide feedback, share insights, and grow within our partner ecosystem

  5. Use our Partner Portal to track referrals, manage commissions, and access marketing tools

Qualifications
  1. Proven experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or as an HR Consultant

  2. Strong understanding of hiring challenges and modern recruitment tools

  3. Excellent communication and networking skills

  4. Nice to Have: Experience in HR-related sales, consulting, or tech solution advising

  5. Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and excited by flexible income opportunities
