We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Patient Experience professional who is looking to grow in the field of post-acute care.
This position allows for professionals to practice and grow their leadership skills and abilities while overseeing patient / guest experience, as well as employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare management position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities
Here's what we are looking for:

  • Candidates who are committed to ensuring excellent levels of genuine customer service for residents and patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, surgery, or illness
  • Applicants who may be interested in enrolling in our national Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program to earn their licensure in nursing home administration (LNHA)
  • Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.

  • Creatives who will lead employee engagement councils to ensure that all employees have a voice in shaping their work environment
