We believe that windows are more than just displays; they're attractions, conversation starters, and reasons for people to explore the high street. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we design, produce, and install award-winning retail windows and pop-up spaces that captivate and inspire.
Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of fabrication experience.
Experience in fast paced interdisciplinary fabrication is plus.
Experience in retail display is advantageous.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organization skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate both independently and as part of a team, interpreting technical drawings to craft high-quality displays and pop-up spaces using materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, and veneers.
Work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, essential for meeting project complexities and tight deadlines.
Ensure all completed work aligns with our company's exacting quality standards and deadlines.
Quickly communicate any quality issues or project lead time challenges to management, allowing for swift solutions and issue resolution.
Additional hours available during busy periods.
Open to occasional overnight installation work is a plus.
Tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent:
Location: Farmingdale NY - Factory
Basic Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday Friday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM during busy periods, with overtime paid at x1.5)
30-minute lunch break
15 days holiday per year
Air-conditioned/heated factory
On-site parking
Salary: $20 - $35 per hour based on experience
