Essential Job Responsibilities * Provide support to the design, development, prototype fabrication, and verification testing of unique specialty products, to include computer aided design (CAD) * Perform system and sub-system analysis, simulation, and design work as required * Work with mechanical system concepts and detailed designs to properly determine the necessary design tradeoffs * Interface with external vendors to procure parts and components required to complete development efforts * Participate in the assembly, system test planning, and system test procedure generation * Adequately document processes, procedures and testing using structured formats.

Where formats do not currently exist, provide a recommended format for review * Learn and utilize the Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Management gating process * Interface with project teams and external customers as required, to support specialized product development Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent + Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree with between 40% and 60% of the required credits completed. * U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

secret security clearance * Self-starter. Seizes opportunities to initiate and take ownership of projects and improvements. Eager to broaden range of responsibilities.
