POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist caregivers to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort. Performs supportive role to Nursing Assistants and Charge Nurse. Responsible for greeting members/guests, answering the telephone, answering inquires, and providing the service that individuals expect. Administrative tasks are also asked of this position. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.

    • We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.

Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunities Available

  • Shifts Needed: 11:00a - 7:00p

  • Wage: $16.00 per hour
