Job Position: Customer Service
Location: Cypress, TX 77429
Pay Rate: $16.00-$18/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Description:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
  • Collect and accurately enter customer information into the database
  • Perform basic plumbing troubleshooting (training provided)
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
  • Submit city permit applications
  • Coordinate city inspections
  • Process online jobsite locates
  • Communicate effectively with field technicians and management
  • Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of related customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills, including typing and 10-key
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
